Purna Yoga focuses on forming complete union with the body, mind and spirit through concentration, precision and awareness. Purna means "complete". This type of yoga inspires loving yourself, by following and living through your heart. Love in itself is a spiritual essence that attributes to knowledge and wisdom. Purna Yoga states that knowledge is intertwined with love. This reminds us that there is more to yoga then just physical exercise.
