Purna Yoga
Purna Yoga focuses on forming complete union with the body, mind and spirit through concentration, precision and awareness. Purna means "complete". This type of yoga inspires loving yourself, by following and living through your heart. Love in itself is a spiritual essence that attributes to knowledge and wisdom. Purna Yoga states that knowledge is intertwined with love. This reminds us that there is more to yoga then just physical exercise.
Purna Yoga is practiced using alignment based postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Along with studying yoga philosophies and proper nutrition, Purna Yoga improves our entire being with the vivid truth within us and our surroundings.
