Celebrate the Aquarian Age

People have been in anticipation of December 21, 2012 with the many predictions of the end of the Mayan calendar and the many fears of disasters. Disasters have been part of the world since the beginning of time on earth. Changes, new life and death are just part of the everyday living.

We are now leaving the Piscean Age. In the Picsean Age the motto was; 'to be or not to be'. It was about learning to find and gain information about the human potential that was guarded by secrecy and initiations. It was dominated by machines and hierarchies. This was the worst time in history that women were treated the lowest of the lowest by man.

In the Aquarian Age the motto is 'be to be.' Old Piscean Age defenses and manipulations based on hiding and controlling access to information will no longer work. The Aquarian Age is ruled by awareness, information, and energy. Information is now readily available. Finding it is not the central task any longer. In the Aquarian Age, real power and values comes from truth in practical actions and in the internal caliber and qualities of your mind, heart and your consciously projected words.

The Aquarian Age brings in many changes that are difficult to handle for any human. This technical age has never in history been so fast and instant! As well, never in history will there be mental illness affecting so many people. Yoga will give you tools to carry you into a calmer, stable and peaceful world. New light will shine a path of opportunity, prosperity, and love into the Aquarian Age. This new era of the Aquarian Age will bring to life a beginning of a wonderful new world. Not the end of the world as some believe, but a new beginning of a world of revived hope. This is a chance of creating a fresh start recreating ourselves, our loves ones and the world around us.

We are the people of the Aquarian Age - the people of love! Reach Out and Touch Somebody! 'Touch a person, hold a person and then carry a person. You can't drag anybody. You can't lean on anybody. Carry them, simply and truthfully. And what are the words that dignify the carrying?' Can you repeat after me? 'I am with you.' That's all. One line, 'I am with you.'

You know what I do when people shit at me? I sit there. It lasts from fifteen to forty-five minutes, depending on the capacity of the person. And you know what I say? 'I am with you, don't worry. Nothing is going to happen. Go home, enjoy life.' That's all. You ask me why? The psychosomatic frequency in the molecule into the mega form can be changed into alpha, beta, and theta, in the simple sense of the voice. That's a law nature must obey. It's not something people understand in a subtle way. But that's what the power is. That is the power of the word. Nobody can beat it. But you have to say, 'I am with you.'

The most veteran, courageous, and pious act of a human is to be with another human, because we are like stars in the sky, born at one time and space, to be ourselves. Everybody is our coherent neighbor. All we have to do is say, 'I am with you.' When you start being one with everybody, then you are actually with God, because if you cannot see God in all, you cannot see God at all. My problem, your problem, our problems are only there when we are not taking care of others. Marriages break, children go astray, neighbors fight. It doesn't mean anything. The Age of Aquarius is taking care of others. Forget who you are and help others. Remember when you heal somebody's problem, your problem will disappear right under your own presence. You will love it.

  1. Recognize that the other person is you.
  2. There is a way through every block.
  3. When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.
  4. Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.
  5. Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path.

The Character of the Aquarian Age

  • Intellect is not enough. We need a new relationship to intuition, emotion, and instinct.

  • Information is not enough. Neither is knowledge. We need wisdom.

  • Learning is not enough. We must learn how to learn.

  • Complexity is increasing as is our need to deal with it.

  • This is an age of paradox - more global and more individual with fewer boundaries and more demand for political separations.

  • Everything is faster and we have less time. We need far more love and unity for we have more fear and tremendous insecurity.

  • We require a reconciliation and integration of the spiritual side of life with the technological and material sides - a spiritual fitness to sense values and meaning.

  • There is no isolation. Each action we take must be considered ecologically and globally because each person does affect, directly or indirectly, vast networks of people and other living beings and places.

  • Change and learning is continuous and life-long. We must maintain mental, emotional, and physical flexibility. Stamina and constant peak performance are the common benchmarks to evaluate all people and their work, and the need is to go inward and regenerate.

Meditation

Meditation to Prepare for: an Earthquake or Changes of the earth or any kind of Natural Phenomenon

What it will do for you?:

This meditation is for sensitizing yourself to predict and prepare for changes of the earth, such as earthquakes, climatic changes, tidal wave, or any kind of natural phenomenon.

Additional benefits are:

  1. to maintain youthfulness of mind and body
  2. to bring health and healing ability
  3. to fertilize the brain so you can't sink into depression
  4. to eliminate fatigue and give a constant flow of energy
  5. to make you intuitive and universally sensitive

How to do it:

Sit straight. Hold your hands at the solar plexus level (chest) in fists, except for the index fingers, which are straight. Hold the right hand palm down, left hand palm up. Put the right finger on top of the left index finger, with fingers crossing exactly in the middle of the second segment so that a special meridian contact will take place. Inhale deeply and very slowing (15 seconds) through the nose. Exhale through the puckered mouth (not whistling) forcefully and completely, directing the breath at the tips of the index fingers. (Never do this with a quick breath) Feel the finger tips getting cold or vibrating.

You may yawn or stretch but keep breathing. Meditate on your own prana (breath) carried by your breath. Continue for a maximum of 11 minutes. When you finish meditating, lock the fingers and stretch up and suspend the breath for a few seconds. Complete with relaxation in corpse pose for a 11 minutes or longer.
